A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 5th, at the Logansport Chapel in Logansport, LA.

Mrs. Sandra Nunley Strong (73), was a long time resident of Monroe County, AL. She resided in Monroeville with her son for many years. Sandra died on Sunday, May 23rd, at the Monroe County Hospital. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Ms. Strong is a native of Logansport and a graduate of Logansport High School. She is a longtime resident of 23 years in Monroe County, AL. She worked for many years, providing for her family, as a Cook in various restaurants. She is the daughter of the late Johnnie Lee Nunley and the late Edith Lynn Champion Nunley.

She is survived by one son: Jeffrey Nunley of Monroeville, AL; two granddaughters: Alexandria Nunley of Washington State, WA and Jessica Godwin Oneal of Minneapolis, MN.
