Jerry Lee Brown was born on April 28, 1955, in Monroeville, AL. He is the son of the late Robert L. Brown and Cora Lee McMillian Brown. Jerry was a Christian. He accepted God as his Savior and worshiped him throughout his lifetime. He was a member of the House of Prayer where he served as a Deacon.
He met and married Francisca. As a provider, he cared for his family through honest means. Jerry worked most of his life in Construction as a Journeyman, but his talents were many. He attended the public schools in Monroe County before entering the workforce.
The simple things in life brought him joy: family, good friends, and fishing. A perfect day for Jerry would consist of agricultural, fishing, inventing widgets, building and loving on his family. Definition of family to Mr. Brown means everyone he encountered. On Friday, October 4, 2019, his kind spirited life, here on earth, came to abrupt end. Like a whisper in the night, he quickly slipped away and eft behind those he loved and who loved him most. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves cherished memories for his devoted wife: Francisco Brown of Pensacola, FL; two sons: Lamario Coker and Robert (Cynthia) Jones of Dallas, TX; four daughters: Vanessa (Joe) Carroll of Pensacola, FL, Kenyata (Victor) Johnson of Pensacola, Teresa Jones and Felecia Jones all of Pensacola, FL; four brothers: Billy Brown, Eddie James Brown, Quinton Brown and David Brown all of Monroeville, AL; one sister: Maxine Carroll of Evergreen, AL; twenty five grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other loved relatives and friends.
